easyWebSave enables you to save any document that you open using Internet Explorer, including HTML pages, Microsoft Word documents (DOC), RTF files, or even plain text. The application is in fact a browser add-on, which adds an extra feature to your Internet Explorer right click menu. easyWebSave can be configured to save various information about the HTML pages which are opened in Internet Explorer.

The add-on can be configured to save pages using a custom filename format. Extra options are available, depending on the type of document which is saved. For HTML pages you can choose to remove javascript, remove the original layout and style, or add a custom page header. It's also possible to select the size of the images it saves. This option is very useful, because it allows you to selectively download only certain images.

All the files that were saved by this plugin appear in its configuration dialog as a list ("Saved File List"). You can delete any previously saved document, by removing it from the list.

Pluses: The add-on is able to extract the text from a webpage and write it to a file.

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: easyWebSave is a nice extension for Internet Explorer. It enables you to save webpages with just one click.
